  6.    NOESC is a program I wrote when, during file concatenation, I ran
  7.    into a problem - the files were being cut short! On examination,
  8.    the problem turned out to be the ESC characters, used by the writer
  9.    of the doc. This quick little program strips them out.
  10.    The correct syntax is

  12.         NOESC <Textfile>
  13.
